ReVision was honored to be selected to create three significant public art pieces for prominent spaces within Hastings Park. These artworks were designed to reflect the core themes of sustainability, focusing on zero waste, water conservation, and energy efficiency. Each piece aimed to engage the community and inspire thoughtful dialogue about environmental responsibility and the importance of sustainable practices.

ReVision at the Deer Lake Gallery

ReVision 2019 at the Deer Lake Gallery featured a variety of engaging events, including plastic recycling workshops led by Lori Goldberg and a "Found Sound" drum circle using found objects, hosted by Abby Greene Bull. The event culminated in a vibrant wind-up party on October 16, which showcased a Trash Fashion Show and the Bad Art Sale.
The Trash Fashion Show featured designs by Tam Harrington, Janet Lee, Lorraine Kwan, Zoe Zizlak, Wade Shapley, and Genette Mujar. The exhibition itself included works by artists Bill Thomson, Ron Simmer, David Dumbrell, Ron Holzman, Marcia Pitch, Lori Goldberg, Graham Schodda, Jan de Beer, and Valerie Arntzen, all of whom contributed art made from recycled and repurposed materials. This event celebrated creativity, sustainability, and the power of art to inspire change.
